How long does shipping take?
Our costumes are handmade, and each item from Partyree is made-to-order, which means there is a processing or tailoring time required. Normally, it takes around 15-25 working days to make your cosplay costume after we receive your payment. It will then take about 3-20 working days for the package to travel from our warehouse to your mailing address. If you need it by a specific date, please email us at contact@partyree.com to let us know.
Shipping Methods:
We collaborate with major international shipping companies like DHL, FedEx, TNT, USPS, and EMS to offer you reliable shipping services:
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 Days Shipping By DHL/FEDEX/CNE/UPS etc.
- Rush Shipping: 3-7 Days Rush Shipping By DHL/FEDEX/CNE/UPS etc.
Due to weather and region-related factors, the effectiveness of logistics may fluctuate. The estimated shipping time varies by location and can be longer than 10 days due to high demand. We hope you can understand and consider your usage date when placing your order in advance.
Note:
Please provide your complete mailing address, and do not use a P.O. BOX address. If you provide a P.O. BOX address, it will take more than 15 days to receive your goods, regardless of the shipping cost.
Do you provide package tracking numbers for customers?
Yes, when your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive the email within 5 days, please contact us immediately.
