Billing Terms & Conditions:

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following billing terms and conditions:

Payment:

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) by PayPal. Payment must be made in full before we can process and ship your order. Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged at the time of purchase.

Shipping:

We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@partyree.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item. Please note that we do not accept returns on personalized or customized items.

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Taxes:

We collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in California. If you are shipping to an address outside of California, you are responsible for paying any applicable state and local sales taxes.
